We Are Bulldog

Every business is different and offers a different experience for their customers. At Bulldog Steel Structures, we think that there are two central things we need to offer you, a quality product, and a quality experience. Our products speak for themselves: high-quality steel buildings made to last and specified to your needs. But in the beginning, most of your interaction will be with us, not with our buildings. So, we wanted to let you know what to expect from us at each step of the way so that unlike many experiences with big purchases, you won’t have to deal with any surprises.

Starting The Process

It’s important to note that we are a dealer, not a building manufacturer. This offers a huge benefit to our customers, as our focus is entirely on facilitating transactions and offering customer support, leaving the manufacturer free to put all of their resources towards the actual building production and testing. We’re here to help set you up with what you need.

With this in mind, you can expect high-quality consultation and expert information from us when you are deciding on which structure to go with. We’re here to steer you in the right direction and make sure you make an informed choice. Our goal is to be there for you when you need us.

Quality & Convenience 

We are an online based retailer, meaning that you’ll primarily communicate with us via e-mail or phone, but we’re in the process of having our offices built, meaning you can come to see us face to face. Communication is key to us, and we hope you’ll reach out for any question, big or small, in whatever way you feel most comfortable with.

Working Together

Because we focus on the transactional side of things, the installation and building process is handled by our manufacturer. Currently, we work with different manufacturers to get you the highest quality buildings available. Although they are in charge of installation, we are still a part of the process at this stage and here to help you make this step run as smooth as possible. Due to our close relationship, we can help expedite communication and ensure that information from the manufacturer is provided to you as clearly and quickly as possible. As we said above, we like to let them focus on the buildings themselves!

Our relationship to lead times is similar to installation. We get our lead times from the manufacturers and are then able to accurately relay them to you so that you know what to expect going forward with your installation. This means that even if you aren’t ready to purchase at the moment you get your lead time, you can get your order situated as early as possible, which helps make the rest of the process speedy and simple. Once your order is in, we’ll help to keep you up to date on the status of your project and help you mitigate any unexpected occurrences after the order is in place.

Basically, expect us to have your back no matter what you run into, no matter what questions you have. Our goal at Bulldog Steel Structures is to make the purchasing process as simple and easy as it can be, from shopping around to installation. We value transparency and a customer-first mentality that puts you at the center of the process, and we’re always willing to go the extra mile for our customers in any way we can.
