National Breast Cancer Foundation

On average, about 266,000 are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. About 42,500 die from breast cancer yearly in the U.S. In 2020, Bulldog Steel Structures donated a portion of its sales from October to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. This donation helped with support programs, educational resources, and financial assistance. We chose to donate a portion of all sales again in 2021, and as a result, 13 mammograms were paid for by Bulldog Steel Structures and our customers.

Alzheimer’s Association

About 1 in 9 people have Alzheimer’s disease. With those statistics, Bulldog Steel Structures wanted to help in any way we could this year. We are sponsoring the walk to end Alzheimer’s in September of 2023. This walk will help raise awareness and funds for research, treatment, and support for people affected by this disease.

Carolina Foothills Volleyball Club

In 2022, Bulldog Steel Structures began sponsoring the Carolina Foothills Volleyball Club, a local travel volleyball team. Supporting our local travel volleyball team means we help with travel expenses, tournament fees, and athletes’ uniforms.

In 2023, Bulldog Steel Structures began sponsoring the Winston-Salem Dash baseball team.We always show pride in our local sports teams and community while doing our best to represent the Dash brand and team.

Carolina Cobras

In 2020, Bulldog Steel Structures began sponsoring the Carolina Cobras, a National Arena League in Greensboro, NC. We were able to provide financial assistance for travel costs, equipment, and facilities.

Mount Airy Indoor Soccer League

We believe in the transformative power of teamwork! Just as these players unite to play soccer, we love to see such passion and dedication for a sport. In an effort to support health and wellness in our community, in 2019 Bulldog Steel Structures sponsored the Mount Airy Indoor Soccer team.

Elkin City Schools

Elkin City Schools held their 1st annual Yadkin-Valley Idol; all proceeds from the event went towards updating their “Bucky” mascot costume initially purchased in the 1980s. The remaining proceeds went towards helping students in need with lunches, clothes, educational materials, and anything else that may benefit a quality education! We are so fortunate to have sponsored such a great cause.

Dobson Dolphins

Bulldog Steel Structures has sponsored the Dobson Dolphins for two seasons. They allowed us to connect with a dedicated group of athletes, families, and supporters passionate about swimming and fitness. We enjoy investing in the success of local teams as well as the well-being of our community.

Mt. Airy Chamber Of Commerce

With our Bulldog Steel Structures’ headquarters in Mt. Airy, North Carolina, we decided to join the Chamber of Commerce to become more community oriented. Bulldog is a 2023 awards event sponsor and remains a staple business involved with the Chamber.

Surry County Foster Parents Association

There are over 407,000 children in foster care in the U.S. as of 2020. This number has steadily climbed year over year. This is why, every Christmas, Bulldog Steel Structures is fortunate enough to sponsor foster children to bring them a little happiness on Christmas morning with the help of all of our staff. If you want to give a child a Christmas, contact your local foster care organization to find out how you can help!

6th Annual Sharon Hardy Memorial Par 3 Tournament

Hardy’s Custom Golf has been a staple business in our community since 1993. With its family-oriented atmosphere, Bulldog wants to help in any way possible. By sponsoring the Sharon Hardy Memorial, we are also helping Surry County Schools raise the funds to provide summer camps, reading programs, and much more!
